Our story
There's someone behind every window.
Before it was a software idea, DairemCepte was a scene we all recognise.
01Before
Midnight. A building manager at the kitchen table.
Dues in an Excel sheet, announcements in a WhatsApp group with hundreds of messages, payments in a receipt book. The bank statement is printed and ticked off line by line with a pen. And “the lift is broken again” gets lost between holiday greetings.
02Then we noticed
The problem wasn't people. It was the tools.
The manager was careful, the resident was right, the guard did the rounds. But everyone worked in a different notebook, a different group, on a different sheet of paper. As information scattered, complaints went unanswered and trust wore thin.
03So we built
One app for residents, managers and field teams.
Transactions from connected banks arrive by themselves, and payments with a reference code are posted hands-free. A request reaches the right staff member with its photo, and the resident follows every step. At the general assembly the attendance list is ready and the minutes come straight from the votes.
04Into the field
Work that doesn't stop at the screen.
BEMFA Technologies, the team behind DairemCepte, builds the on-site systems as well as the software: bank integrations, cameras that recognise plates and open the barrier, NFC patrol points, meter data and a phone line where AI answers residents who call the site.
The house in our logo has four windows.

The books are open.
When management enables it, residents see the site's expenses and invoices on their own phone. Every action is in the audit log.
Nobody gets left behind.
From 7 to 70: passwordless sign-in, large text, calm screens. Residents who don't open the app are reached by SMS, WhatsApp and a voice line.
What happens on site counts.
The field app works without internet. Patrols are verified by NFC, location and photo, and sync when the connection returns.
Money finds its own place.
Bank transactions arrive on their own; AI reads the description and matches the payment to the right unit. Even when a relative or someone else pays on a resident's behalf: once the same sender has been matched to the same unit a few times, the system recognises them and matches the next ones itself. Card payments are processed instantly. No more pen-and-paper reconciliation.
One price. No hidden modules.
One price per unit, every module included. Usage-based packages such as SMS are separate, with their prices clearly shown.
Your data is yours.
Export your reports to Excel and PDF whenever you like. Card data is never stored; support access opens only with your key.
