DairemCepte User Agreement

This agreement is established between BEMFA Technologies, which operates the DairemCepte platform, and the users who benefit from DairemCepte services.

Within the scope of this agreement, the user refers to property/apartment managers, management firm representatives, residents, staff, or any other authorized individuals accessing the platform.

DairemCepte is a management platform developed to digitally streamline property and apartment management workflows.

The following services may be offered within the scope of the platform:

• Dues and debt tracking
• Tracking of collection and payment processes
• Announcement and notification management
• Management of request, complaint, and issue records
• Viewing of income/expense and accounting reports
• Digital document and archive areas
• Staff and patrol tracking
• Resident mobile application and web panel access
• Bank, payment provider, meter reading, and other third-party integrations

DairemCepte reserves the right to develop, modify, or add new features to the scope of the service.

Access to the platform may be provided through accounts assigned to the user, phone number, email, SMS verification, or similar identity-verification methods.

The user is responsible for the security of the login credentials of their account.

The user must not share their account with third parties and must promptly inform the DairemCepte team in case of unauthorized access.

The user agrees to use the platform only in compliance with the law, principles of good faith, and its intended purpose.

The user agrees:

• Not to enter false, misleading, or unlawful data,
• Not to access data belonging to others without authorization,
• Not to take actions that disrupt the security or operation of the platform,
• Not to infringe the rights of third parties,
• Not to perform actions outside the authority granted to them,
• Not to use the information in the system for purposes other than intended,

to all of the above.

Property/apartment managers and management firm representatives are responsible for the accuracy and currency of the resident, flat, debt, payment, staff, document, and similar information they transfer to the platform.

DairemCepte does not guarantee the accuracy of content entered into the system by users.

The relevant manager/authorized user is responsible for announcements, debt assignments, payment processing, document uploads, or authorization definitions made by them.

Residents may only use the information presented to them within the scope of viewing, tracking, creating requests, or the actions authorized to them.

If a resident believes there is an error in the debt, payment, announcement, or other management information shown on the platform, they should contact the relevant property/apartment management.

DairemCepte may provide a digital infrastructure that simplifies tracking of dues and similar payments.

Online payment services may be offered through licensed payment institutions or third-party payment infrastructures.

The rules, transaction terms, and security processes of the relevant payment institution may apply to payment transactions.

DairemCepte cannot be held directly responsible for transaction approvals, delays, interruptions, or third-party technical issues caused by payment institutions or banks.

DairemCepte may operate in integration with bank movements, payment infrastructures, meter reading systems, energy solutions, or various third-party services.

Third-party services are not guaranteed to be uninterrupted, error-free, or continuously accessible.

The relevant third-party provider is responsible for interruptions, delays, data transfer errors, or service changes originating from third-party systems.

The relevant user or authorized management is responsible for content uploaded to or entered into the platform — including documents, announcements, debt information, resident information, staff information, payment records, and the like.

DairemCepte takes care to apply the necessary technical and administrative measures to keep platform data secure and organized.

Details regarding the processing of personal data are governed separately under the Privacy Policy and Personal Data Protection Notice.

DairemCepte values the protection of personal data.

Personal data may be processed for purposes such as providing the platform, creating user accounts, conducting communication processes, providing support, operating payment and management workflows, and meeting legal obligations.

Details about personal data processing are explained in the Privacy Policy and Personal Data Protection Notice published on the website.

DairemCepte takes the necessary care to keep the platform running continuously and securely.

However, temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates, technical failures, internet infrastructure, third-party services, payment institutions, banks, or force majeure.

DairemCepte tries to inform users about planned maintenance or important updates via appropriate channels.

The software, design, interface, logo, brand, text, visuals, code structure, and all other intellectual property elements belonging to DairemCepte are the property of BEMFA Technologies.

The user may use the platform only within the scope of the usage rights granted to them.

Copying, duplicating, reverse engineering, unauthorized use, or making the platform available to third parties is prohibited.

Users can request support through DairemCepte's communication channels for questions, requests, or technical support needs related to platform use.

The scope of support may vary depending on the service package, contract type, or operational conditions.

DairemCepte may update this User Agreement when it deems necessary.

The current agreement becomes effective from the date it is published on the website.

Continued use of the platform by users means they accept the current agreement terms.

DairemCepte may temporarily suspend the relevant account or terminate access if it detects use contrary to the agreement, security risks, unauthorized access, abuse, or unlawful actions.

DairemCepte is not responsible — to the extent permitted by applicable legislation — for indirect damages, data entry errors, incorrect actions caused by users, third-party service interruptions, or damages caused by unauthorized user actions arising from use of the platform.

The laws of the Republic of Türkiye apply to disputes that may arise from this agreement.

In case of dispute, the competent courts and enforcement offices are those of the location of BEMFA Technologies' headquarters.

This area may be clarified by a lawyer.

By accessing the DairemCepte platform or using its services, the user is deemed to have accepted the provisions of this User Agreement.
