BEMFA Technologies is the initiative offering the DairemCepte application. Relevant data processing activities are carried out by company partners within the legal framework.

DairemCepte is a platform developed to digitize site and apartment management services. User data in the application is recorded in the system by the affiliated management firm, and it is not possible for users (residents) to create records directly.

• Identity Information: Name, surname
• Contact Information: E-mail address, phone number
• Address Information: Flat number, block information
• Transaction Security: IP address, login times
• Usage Data: Notification settings, in-app actions

Note: Additional information such as T.R. identity number may be recorded in the system for some users within the scope of management firms' own operational processes. In this case, the relevant data is added to the system entirely by the management firm, not by BEMFA. The accuracy, processing purpose, and legal responsibility of such data belong to the relevant management firm.

Your personal data is collected:

• By being uploaded to the system by management firms
• Through technical records depending on application usage

by automatic or semi-automatic means.

Legal reasons:

• PDPL Art. 5/2-f - Legitimate interest of the data controller
• PDPL Art. 5/2-c - Establishment or performance of the contract
• PDPL Art. 5/1 - Explicit consent (where necessary)

• Creating records and logging in for the user
• Providing dues, invoice, payment, and announcement information
• Facilitating communication between the management firm and the user
• Conducting technical support processes
• Sending notifications (push)
• Ensuring security and system performance
• Credit card payment routing (Rubikpara infrastructure)

Your data may be transferred to the following parties:

• Hosting services (server and infrastructure providers)
• Payment infrastructure provider Rubikpara
• Authorized public institutions (in case of legal obligation)

Note: Credit card payment transactions take place directly on the Rubikpara infrastructure, and BEMFA does not access or store this information.

Personal data is deleted, destroyed, or anonymized when the purpose of processing disappears or the period prescribed in the legislation expires.

BEMFA Technologies takes necessary technical and administrative measures for the protection of personal data. Only authorized persons can access the data. Measures such as firewalls, access control systems, encryption, and logging are applied.

User data in the application is uploaded to the system by management firms. Therefore, the responsibility arising from the collection of some data (e.g., T.R. identity no) belongs to the relevant management firm. BEMFA is in the position of infrastructure provider (data processor) in this process.

Pursuant to Article 11 of PDPL, you have the following rights:

• To learn whether your personal data is processed
• To request information if it has been processed
• To learn if it is used in accordance with its purpose
• To learn the domestic/international transfer status
• To request correction of incompletely/incorrectly processed data
• To request deletion/destruction of data processed unlawfully
• To demand compensation for damages
