DairemCepte Explicit Consent Statement

This Explicit Consent Statement has been prepared to obtain the explicit consent of the data subject for personal data processing activities within the scope of the DairemCepte platform that may require explicit consent.

This statement has been issued separately from the KVKK Clarification Text. The data subject can find detailed information on the processing of their personal data in the separately provided DairemCepte KVKK Clarification Text.

The personal data processing activities listed below are carried out only where the data subject’s explicit consent is required, and only within the limits of the explicit consent given.

As a rule, DairemCepte does not request special categories of personal data. However, documents uploaded by a user, manager, management company or authorised user to the digital archive, document upload, request/complaint, support ticket or similar areas may contain special categories of personal data.

Therefore, where special categories of personal data are processed by data controllers through the DairemCepte application, our Company bears no responsibility regarding the purpose, scope or lawfulness of uploading such data to the system. The obligation to inform data subjects and to obtain explicit consent lies with the relevant data controller.

In this context, if documents containing health information, disability information, biometric data, information on criminal convictions and security measures, or other data considered special categories of personal data under the KVKK are uploaded to the system, such data may be processed solely for evaluating the relevant request, document management, carrying out the management process and providing the platform services.

AI-assisted systems may be used on the DairemCepte platform within the framework of the modules included in the service and the platform’s technical/operational processes.

These systems may be operated to classify requests and complaints, speed up user support processes, summarise texts and documents, generate suggestions that assist management processes, and facilitate reporting and in-platform workflows.

Outputs generated by AI-assisted systems are solely supportive and auxiliary. On their own, these outputs do not constitute a final decision, an official act, a legal opinion, a decision to initiate enforcement proceedings or a binding management decision.

DairemCepte servers are hosted in Türkiye. However, the technical infrastructure of certain technical service providers, notification services, AI service providers, large language model/LLM providers, software providers, infrastructure providers or similar third-party service providers may be located abroad.

Because the technical infrastructure of these third-party service providers is located abroad, our personal data sharing carried out by e-mail or via a mail server, including domestic sharing, may result in the transfer abroad of identity information, contact information, address information, independent unit number, vehicle and parking information, request and complaint information, announcement and notification information, meter and integration information, digital archive and document information, staff and duty information, and financial information, excluding credit card information.

All such transfers are carried out, with your data security ensured and the necessary measures taken, for the purposes of conducting e-mail communication activities, conducting business activities, conducting finance and accounting operations, classifying requests and complaints through AI-assisted systems, speeding up support processes, summarising texts, generating suggestions that assist management processes, and enabling the program to operate normally and compatibly with artificial intelligence.

Accordingly, I declare that I give my explicit consent to the transfer abroad of my personal data listed above, limited to the stated purposes.

I acknowledge that I have read the KVKK Clarification Text, that I have been informed about the processing of my personal data, and that I am free to give or withhold explicit consent for personal data processing activities that require explicit consent.

I understand that my explicit consent applies only to data processing activities that require explicit consent, and that data processing activities provided for by law, necessary for the conclusion or performance of a contract, mandatory for the fulfilment of legal obligations or carried out on the basis of legitimate interest do not additionally need to rely on my explicit consent.

I understand that I may withdraw my explicit consent at any time by applying to info@bemfa.tech.

Withdrawal of explicit consent takes effect for data processing activities after the date of withdrawal. Withdrawal of explicit consent does not affect data processing activities that must be carried out on a legal basis other than explicit consent.

This Explicit Consent Statement may be presented to the relevant user as a separate text via the DairemCepte mobile application or web panel. If the user gives separate and explicit approval via the application or panel, explicit consent is deemed to have been obtained electronically.
