What management companies ask
Can we run all our communities from one account?
Yes. The communities in your portfolio are linked to one company account and you switch between them with a single sign-in. Each community's data, accounts and users stay separate.
Can we give board members limited access?
Yes. Roles and permissions are set per person, so a board member can see only reports and the approval screen. The approval system sends payments above your chosen amount for a second sign-off.
How does pricing work?
A single membership is priced per unit and includes every module. Usage packages for SMS, AI and the voice assistant are bought from the in-app store. Write to us for a quote based on your portfolio.
How do we track field staff hours?
Timesheets are kept per community from NFC clock-in and clock-out. Shift rotas, leave requests and payroll live in the same system, and patrol rounds are logged with GPS verification.
Who holds our data, and what if we leave?
Your data is yours. You can export your reports to Excel and PDF at any time. DairemCepte never stores card details, and our support team only sees your data with an access key you grant.
